A collaboration between The Royal Canadian Mint and Canada Post has produced this collectable sterling silver coin and stamp set featuring the proud polar bear (Ursus maritimus) in its natural habitat. The polar bear, the largest bear on earth, reigns over the ice-packed Canadian Arctic and can weigh more than 800 kg. In spite of its immense size, the polar bear is extremely agile and can sprint 40 km/h on land allowing it to catch swift prey such as foxes, lemmings and birds.
All collectable coins have been previously owned. Conditions will vary.
