This fine silver collectable coin features the vibrant Aporia Crataegi butterfly in 3D and full colour. The white, black veined butterfly is a common visitor to orchards and thickets throughout most of Europe, temperate Asia, Korea, and Japan. This butterfly can grow up to eight cm and is known as “black-veined white” as its wings are pure white in colour while the males have black veins and a small black spot. They feed on thistle and field flowers.
