This collectable 1/25 ounce fractional pure gold coin features a design inspired by the original 5-cent circulation coin. The beaver is easily recognizable from its flat paddle-shaped tail to its strong yellow front teeth. The beaver is the largest semiaquatic mammal and it uses its highly dexterous front paws and strong teeth to construct dams in waterways across Canada.
